Introduction

BS in Human Nutrition & Dietetics is a comprehensive program that focuses on the science of nutrition and its application to human health and well-being. The degree program offers students to learn techniques for evaluating dietary intake, nutritional status, and body composition. It also focus on understanding the role of nutrition in the treatment of diseases and medical conditions, as well as the implementation of therapeutic diets in clinical settings.

Objectives

  • Utilize knowledge from foundational sciences as a basis for understanding the role of food and nutrients in health and disease.
  • Facilitate health behavior change using nutrition counseling techniques with patients and clients
