BS Sociology

Introduction

BS Sociology at MUL provides students with a comprehensive understanding of society, social structures, and human behavior from a scientific perspective. BS Sociology provide an in-depth explanation of sociological theories, research methods, and empirical analysis to understand the complexities of human society and social phenomena.

Objectives

  • To introduce students to the basic social processes of society, social institutions and patterns of social behavior.
  • To train students to understand and to interpret objectively the role of social processes, social institutions and social interactions in their lives.
  • To teach the students to look more objectively at society.
  • To direct the attention of students towards the parts of society that fit together and change, as well as makes students aware of the consequences of that social change.
