About the School

Chemical Engineering School was established in November 2015 by Minhaj University Lahore's engineering faculty. Chemical engineering deals with large-scale chemical and biochemical processes in which materials undergo various changes. It can be narrated as manufacturing everything from small-batch production to large-scale equipment needed to make commodity chemicals and polymers. In this light, our course fully equips the chemical engineering students with the ability to establish a career in the chemical and process industries. Moreover, our teaching staff is highly qualified and fully committed to shape the future of chemical engineering in Pakistan through efficiently teaching the essential techniques for efficiently operating chemical plants.

Furthermore, we have state-of-the-art labs for undergraduate programs and air-conditioned lecture halls and offices which provide a conducive environment for students and the faculty. We also provide all the learning tools required to allow our students to design process equipment, understand the reaction mechanisms in various process industries, and install computer control systems with chemical plants to achieve quality products.

Chemical Engineering is a challenging, rewarding, and highly respected field regarded as one of the broadest engineering disciplines. So we provide hands-on-expertise and support our engineers-in-making to be employed in various technical areas such as research organizations, multinational companies, local industries and academia.
