BS International Relations

Introduction

Main purpose of the BS 4-Years program in International Relations at MUL is to prepare graduates having a deep knowledge of the subject as well as the ability to analyze any given situation and draw out conclusions. Ongoing BS program is aligned with the HEC under graduate policy. Student will be engaged in interdisciplinary study by integrating insights from related fields such as economics, sociology, law, and Peace and conflict studies to analyze the global affairs.

Objectives

  • To deliver a baseline understanding of the key theories, concepts, and debates in the field of International Relations.
  • To inculcate advanced analytical skills to evaluate and assess global political phenomena, including conflict resolution, international security, and diplomacy.
  •  To educate about historical, cultural, and socioeconomic factors shaping international politics and global governance.
  • To address contemporary issues and challenges in international affairs, such as globalization, human rights, environmental sustainability, and the role of non-state actors.
  • To enhance communication skills through academic writing, presentations, and debates.
