About the School

The School of Chemistry at Minhaj University Lahore, started operating in October, 2006. In the first year of establishment, BS Chemistry (4-years) and MSc. Chemistry (2-years) were introduced, whereas, M.Phil. in the field of Chemistry was launched in 2010 fall.
The School has the highest rate of students' job placement in the industry as a particular focus has been given to provide hands-on-experience and expertise in our state-of-the-art laboratories. It is world-widely recognized for its diverse, dynamic, and innovative research programs and has distinguished itself by its cross-disciplinary solid collaborations both within and outside the university.

The School of Chemistry has balanced the programs with research, education, and public outreach. With highest standards for excellence in all three areas, we strive with a mission to train and mentor students as scientifically literate professionals, involving them in all aspects of Chemistry and global chemical enterprises.
